How to get there
Hotel Van Rental
We provide air-con van rental between airport and hotel at a cost of Php 4,200.00. Credit card payment or a deposit through our bank is needed. At NAIA pick-up point is outside the terminal building at the arriving passenger's pick-up area. Upon exiting the arrival lounge, walk across the car way towards a ramp going one level down to the pick-up area. Go to a designated area indicating the first letter of your family name. If pick-up point is another place other than the airport the rate may vary.

Airport Taxi
There are tourist-accredited taxis queuing at the passenger pick-up area that will bring you to the hotel. There are also the cheaper non-accredited ones that you can find in the departure level (upper level) that transport departing passengers. To go to the departure area, do not go out of the arrival lounge, but rather, while still inside the airport terminal building walk towards the escalator going one level up to the departure lounge. Exit from the departure lounge where you can find the taxis. The accredited taxis charge a fix rate of PHP 2,500.00 while the non-accredited ones charge by adding twice the meter reading which should add up to less than PHP 2,200.00. Before boarding, be sure that rental charges are clearly understood to avoid over-charging.

Public Transportation
Going to Los Baños is easy even if you don't have a car with you. For those who want to commute, you can ride a bus bound for Sta. Cruz, Laguna. This will pass by Los Baños, just tell the bus conductor to drop you off at Splash Mountain. The Splash, Suites and Oasis Hotels are all located at Splash Mountain resort complex.

If you are coming from Quezon City, aircon buses are available at Cubao, along EDSA corner Aurora Boulevard. HM Tranport leaves at 3:30 am daily from Cubao to Sta. Cruz via Los Baños and buses depart every 15 minutes until 10 pm. Going home from Los Baños, you can wait for buses bound for Cubao at the highway in front of Splash Mountain. The last trip for buses coming from Sta. Cruz is at 8:00 pm.
For those coming from Manila, aircon buses bound for Sta. Cruz are available at JAM and Tritran bus terminals at LRT station, Buendia. First trip is also at 3:30 am and buses also depart every 15 minutes.

Driving From Manila
We are located along the national highway at Km. 58, Brgy. Lalakay, Los Baños, Laguna approximately 10 km after the city of Calamba. It takes one hour drive to reach us from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport. Thru the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) take the Calamba exit and drive towards Los Baños. Watch the road signs to Los Baños that will direct you to make a right in Calamba junction and upon reaching the busy Pansol resort area drive another 4 km. Splash Mountain is located on a curve immediately after two hills sandwiching the highway (we are after these hills on the left-hand side of the road). You won't miss the billboards, the huge facade and the spacious parking area to your left. Driving another 2 km. is the town proper of Los Baños where City of Springs is located. The University of the Philippines at Los Baños and IRRI are five kilometers after our resort.

After our journey in Mt. Makiling, we planned to side trip in any resort within the area of Los Banos, Laguna. Due to the weather condition, it was raining that day, we follow the suggested resort given by manong driver of the jeepney that we rode on to, the Splash Mountain Resort.

Upon reaching the resort, we register and pay a fee for entrance, cottage and tables. This is our first time visiting the beautiful resort, the water is warmth and clean, so does the surrounding. The feels of the hot spring water is quite tender and refreshing.

According to the management, there a 7 pools to be exact: 2 for adults(6 ft.) and 5 kiddie pools(twin pool, lagoon, clover pool, activity pool). We only manage to swim on the pool in front of the restaurant/coffee store, we also grab the chance to take the slide in the kiddie pool, it kinda reminisce the childhood memories.

The resort has its own restaurant and coffee shop in case you don't bought your own food/snack/meals and drinks, since we came down from the mountain of Makiling with a handful stock of burner and cook set, we decided to cook our own food for our lunch. The supermarket is just step away from the resort, if you happen to buy foods and supplies.

If you want to witness a majestic view of the sea and the mountain while eating, you can proceed at the eatery nearby;

Aside from sightseeing of the beautiful landmarks, the sea, and the mountain from the resort. We also manage to roam around, and of course, swam in the adult and kiddie pool.

The Splash Mountain Resort is a warmth place and any individual who once visited the place will surely come back. Quoting the famous word of Gen. McArthur "I Shall Return" is the exact words that we uttered after the visit.

Going back to Manila, along the way, we've seen a lot of hot spring Resort within the vicinity of Los Banos. No wonder the Laguna is the Hot Spring Capital of the Philippines.

If you want to explore more at Laguna, make sure you don't miss the Mt. Makiling including the flatrock and mudspring, the Pagsanjan Falls, the Rizal Shrine, the Lake Caliraya, and the University of the Philippines (UPLB).
